A spherical powder used in NATO 7.62, commonly known as “308 Winchester,” started as a military pulver. When the handloader was first introduced, benchrest shooters and other target shooters succeeded. The 204 Ruger, 223 Remington, 17 Remington, 22 PPC, and naturally, the 308 Winchester, plus many others, work very well for the BL-C (2). Available in 1 and 8 pound containers.
